探矿权采矿权转让管理办法
Measures
for the Administration of Transfer of Mineral Exploration Right and Mining Right

第一条 为了加强对探矿权、采矿权转让的管理，保护探矿权人、采矿权人的合法权益，促进矿业发展，根据《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》，制定本办法。
Article
1 These
Measures are formulated in accordance with the Mineral Resources Law of
the People’s Republic of China with a view to strengthening the
administration of transfer of mineral exploration right and mining right,
protecting the lawful rights and interests of persons with mineral
exploration right and persons with mining right and promoting the
development of the mining industry.
第二条 在中华人民共和国领域及管辖的其他海域转让依法取得的探矿权、采矿权的，必须遵守本办法。
Article
2 These
Measures must be adhered to in the transfer of mineral exploration right
and mining right obtained according to law within the territory of the
People’s Republic of China and other sea areas under its jurisdiction.
