《纺织品出口临时管理办法（暂行）》已经2005年6月7日商务部第10次部务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2005年7月20日起施行。
Provisional Measures
Governing Exportation of Textiles (Interim), reviewed and adopted by the 10th
Ministry's Meeting of the Ministry of Commerce on June 7, 2005, is now
promulgated and shall enter into force as of July 20, 2005.

第一条
根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》和《中华人民共和国行政许可法》，为加快我国纺织品出口增长方式转变,稳定纺织品出口经营秩序，制定本办法。
Article 1. The measures is formulated in the line with the provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China to accelerate the transformation of the way of growth of the country's textiles export and stabilise the order of textiles exportation.
第二条
商务部负责全国纺织品出口临时管理工作，并根据工作需要会同海关总署和质检总局制定及调整《纺织品出口临时管理商品目录》（以下简称《管理商品目录》）。
Article
2. The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM)
is responsible for the provisional administration of the country's textiles
exportation and shall, together with the Customs General Administration and the
AQSIQ, design and make adjustment to the Catalogue of Commodities of Textiles
for Exportation Subject to Provisional Administration (hereinafter referred to
as the “Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Administration” in line with
working needs.
